It is true that no one survived the crisis without losses. Just like it is true that the winner is the one who gets up one more time. From the very inception Starbucks has been an innovator. They did not invent coffee. They did not even sell it. Not really. They always sold atmosphere and experience; the cozy surroundings filled with good smells, good music and great people; a convenience and comfort from drive-true to loyalty program. It was invented to serve proactive people. Like those who follow the latest trends in technology.
